Charles Edward West, 90, passed away Monday, Dec. 7, 2020 in Loving. Family graveside service was held on Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. in Loving Cemetery.
Charlie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He loved God, his family, fishing, hunting, and gardening. He worked in oilfield most of his life. Charlie was a great man who would help anyone, anytime, anywhere, with anything. He respected everyone and was a good example of Christ like love to all those who knew him. He was loved deeply and will be greatly missed.
Charles is survived by his sons, Drexel West and wife Wanda of Jacksboro, John Rials of Oklahoma, Kenneth Rials and wife Janet of Loving, J.Q. Rials and wife Linda of Idaho; daughters, Cathy Chai and husband Kim of Oklahoma, and Donna Rials of Wichita Falls; sister Betty Patrick of Burkburnett; and 24 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Jo Lunsford West; parents Oscar west and Alice Brumley; brothers, Leon West and Danny West; stepson Bobby Rials, step daughter Deborah Marrs and her husband Kenneth; granddaughter, Melissa.
