Judy Doris Francisco, 74, of Graham, passed away on Friday, Dec. 3, 2021, at her home in Graham.
Judy was born on Oct. 8, 1947, to James Doty Kellow and Opal Doris (Pruett) Kellow in Johnson County, Texas.
At six years of age Judy lost her mother to an illness and three years later her father passed away. Judy was blessed to be adopted by her biological sister, Celia and husband Harold Ellis. In the years to come, Judy welcomed baby sisters Janis and Deborah, and then baby brothers Wesley, Michael and Patrick.
Judy moved to Graham once she graduated from high school and there she married James Edward Francisco and they made their home in Graham up until James’s death in 2017.
She is survived by siblings Janis Kirkhart of Gate, Okla.; Deborah Babitzke of Booker, TX; Michael Ellis of Sanderson, TX and Patrick Ellis of Beaver, Okla. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Judy’s family is profoundly grateful to a special nephew Charlie Kellow and his wife Lisa of Graham, who so lovingly and gracefully checked in on Judy and assisted her up until the end of her life.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, James; her parents, Dotie and Opal Kellow; a sister Celia Doris Ellis Seemann; a brother James Leonard Kellow and brother Wesley Ellis.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of McMillian-Satterwhite Funeral Home, of Graham, with a memorial service to be scheduled at a later date.
