Richard Boone

Richard Boone, 61, of Graham, passed away Monday, Jan. 24, 2022. A memorial service was held from 2-6:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 30, in Bunger, Texas.

Boone was born Nov. 7, 1960, to Billy and Mary Buckley. He was married to Linda Darlene Shahan in Young County June 11, 1979. He was a commercial truck driver in the oil and gas industry.

Boone is survived by Jennifer Sorensen and JJ Sorenson, of Waco, Misty and John White, of Denton, Carla and Daniel Carrigan, of Tawas City, Michigan, Jodie Boone and Jeffery Guebarra, of Graham, and Alicia and James Pack, of Graham. He is also survived by siblings David and wife Judy Boone, of Graham, Melissa and husband Wayland Manley, of Farmer, Sandy York, of Olney, and Billy and wife Holly Boone, of Bowie. Boone had seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother and father.
