Donald W. "Don" Bennett passed away Aug. 28, 2017 at his home in Graham. A private graveside service will be held at the Graford Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, at the Eastside Church of Christ in Graham. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Don was born June 4, 1939 in Prescott, Ark., and moved to Graham in 1977 from Dallas. He and his wife, Nancy, owned and operated the Depot Steak House in Graham for many years. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard and was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Bennett of Graham; sister, Linda Gail Smith of Oklahoma, and several nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his parents, Omar and Rose Bennett, and by a brother, Herbert Dale Bennett.
