Rita Ann Williams was born Jan. 7, 1931 in Houma, Louisiana. She passed away peacefully at the age of 87 in Graham.
Rita is preceded in death by her husband, John Williams; parents, Sam and Agnes Medice, and her daughter, LaDonna Gathings.
She is survived by her son, Jack Gathings Jr.; sister, Jean Martin; and brother, Joe Medice. She also leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Graveside service began at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park. in Mesquite.
