Betty Lorene Easter passed away Feb. 12, 2018 in Jacksboro. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home with interment following at Winn Hill Cemetery in Jack County. Family visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Easter was born Jan. 2, 1923 in Kensette, Ark., and had lived in Jack County most of her life. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Armstrong of Bryson; brother, Roger Skipper of Arkansas; daughters-in-law, Audra Easter, Betty Easter and Ronda Easter; 12 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Easter; three sons, Jerry Easter, Perry Easter and Richard Easter, a grandson, Kelvin Armstrong, a great-granddaughter, Calli Lewis, and by five brothers.
