Mary Wade, 79, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at her home in Graham. Funeral service will be Wednesday, March 7, at 10 a.m. in Graham Church of God. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Mary was born March 13, 1938 in Graham to the late James Franklin and Davie Cleo (Reddell) Emerson. She married Walter E. Wade, Aug. 29, 1959 in Graham. He preceded her in death on Oct. 3, 2001. Mary was a self-employed private sitter for many years in Graham and a member of Graham Church of God.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Hathcock and husband Brett of Bryson; son, Ed Wade of Graham; grandchildren, Amy Mowrey of Herndon, Va. and Kody Hathcock of Bryson; brother-in-law, Danny Barnett of Graham; nephews, Dawayne Barnett and wife Stacy of Graham, and Stephen Barnett and wife Michelle of Granbury.
Mary was preceded in death by a sister, Pat Barnett and a grandson, Brett Anthony Edward Hathcock.
