James Burley “Mack” McAlister passed away March 13, 2018 at his home in Graham. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
McAlister was born May 7, 1943 in Hastings, Mich., and worked for several years at Graham Iron and Salvage as a crane operator.
Survivors include his wife, Patti Casteel McAlister of Graham; son, Jason McAlister; daughter, Amy Jo King and Jason Godwin; sisters, Laberta Hart, Sandy Fletcher, Lou Ann Travis, Debbie Afton and Cindy Soloman; and grandson, Benjamin Ross King.
