Dock Dwayne Cawthon, 84, of Graham, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 in Burleson. Graveside service will be Saturday, June 16, at 10:30 a.m. at Restland Cemetery in Olney.
Dock was born May 14, 1934 in Quanah, to the late Fred and Ethel Almira (Lindley) Cawthon. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in the Korean War. Dock graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree and retired as a R&D chemist. He enjoyed painting and fishing in his spare time.
Survivors include his sons, Daniel Nelson, Dennis Nelson, Thomas Cawthon, and stepson, Michael Winship; stepdaughter, Sharon Trostel; stepbrother, Bob Shelton, and their families, including several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
