Jo Ann Stroud passed away Sept. 13, 2018 in Graham, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 17, at the Eliasville Cemetery. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Stroud was born July 19, 1933 in Scurry County and moved to Eliasville in 1989. She married Charlie Stroud on Oct. 28, 1948 in Snyder. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Charlie Stroud of Eliasville; son, Harvey Stroud and wife Becky of South Bend; grandchildren, Tracy Stacy, Misty Martinez, Brian Stroud, Jessica Ann Neely and Christopher Stroud; 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a very special nephew, Darrell Hoddnett. She was preceded in death by a son, Charlie “Skeeter” Stroud.
