Joanne Elizabeth “Jo Beth” Johnson Carter, of Georgetown, died Oct. 12, 2016. She was born Feb. 4, 1941 in Yorktown, but grew up in Graham.
Visitation is 6-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 21, at Gabriel Funeral Chapel and Crematory in Georgetown. A celebration of life takes place Saturday, Oct. 22, at 10:30 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Georgetown. Burial follows at IOOF Cemetery in Georgetown.
